aeration in hopper bottom bins. Fans mount below the hopper directing
air into internal ducts and up through the grain mass.

Flush Floor systems are easy to install. No pre-forming is required
–simply set our formed steel concrete forms in place and
pour the floor! Our system includes 14% perforated planks with
round perforation holes to minimize clogging.

SCAFCO perforated plank floors ensure fast structure erection,
uniform grain drying and easy cleaning. Our interlocking planks
are precision roll-formed with 14% perforation and a slight crown
for added strength. Planks are supported by heavy-duty legs. Floor
design features a complete assembly kit to ensure easy installation.
